We had a fantastic time with the locals at Neckarsulmer Brauhaus, the beers we tried were great, I liked the redish one better, but they were all smooth and delicious. We wanted to practice the local kitchen and had the Weisswurst (white sausage), a pig leg, local pizza (they call it differently) and a local kind of ravioli. Check the pictures. I would recommand anyone going through town to stop by. BTW - our waiter, DANIEL, was great at explaning what we are going to eat and added to the local athmosphere. Was 70 Euros for 4 people. The hotel concierge recommended that we try this brauhaus and it didn't disappoint. I had the Putensteak au Champignons mit Spätzle and would rate that meal as the best I've had in Germany. The sauce was outstanding and complimented the side so well! My husband ordered the Schweineschnitzel which he said was good but kept stealing off my plate. The atmosphere is fun and friendly but a little on the loud side during dinner. My husband and son both ordered the Hefeweizen and said it was very tasty. read more
