Got it back and none of the signal present LED'S or clipping LED's that WERE working were no longer working! Fine, I called and they said bring it back in and it would go right back on the bench. FOUR weeks later they said it was now fixed, took it home, hooked it all back up and NOTHING!! LED'S STILL OUT!! and to make matters worse, THE DAMN HUM IS STILL THERE!! I spent nearly $500 for basically leaving my equipment in worse condition than when I brought it in!! BEWARE!!! Pissed off doesn't quite cover it!

He did a beautiful job embroidering it and it was done in a few days! Very inexpensive too, which is a huge bonus. I really enjoyed talking with the owner- he even asked me what the date symbolized and I thought it was really sweet that he actually wanted to know instead of just rushing through an order. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to see stores that are tripling their prices in comparison to the market. At this moment I was sold to really take a deeper look in what they have to offer. Unfortunately, at this particular time they did not have any shoes in my size. I was able to sell a pair of shoes that I owned. They were deadstock. They were reasonable with the price and made sure to verify the authenticity which I appreciated. Ambiance was on point. Store was very clean and organized. This is an excellent hobby store that I stopped by while passing through town. There was a display layout running by the door and it was fun to watch a Big Boy snake through the layout with a long train. Note that they don't have any wooden (Brio/Thomas) trains in stock, though they did have some O gauge Thomas train sets. Since I didn't have a list of things I needed, I was most just browsing. The owner was very pleasant as I rattled off a list of one-off items and helped me locate what I was looking for. We discussed custom runs for a bit, as well as the the future of the hobby. He clearly knew his stuff, and watching him assist some new modelers with simple, direct answers without an up-sell attached was refreshing. There is a dearth of good full-service hobby shops these days, and yet this one manages to rise above. I highly recommend it.
