E was easy to talk to, he was friendly, and was able to give me a reasonable price for what I needed. Others that I contacted didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't set on a price. When E came he was efficient, very fast, he knew what he was doing and effortlessly disassembled my futon. E was friendly but also very professional and helpful. He also came a day earlier then scheduled as he had a cancellation. He called me and asked me if I would like him to come that day.
