The owners (a couple) made their way to our table to ask us if we were satisfied with our food. We of course were and made them well aware of it! They shared with us that the wife was Mexican (born and raised) and the husband came from Florence, Italy. They used to live in Italy and they decided to bring a little piece of Italy back to Mexico by opening up this place. This explains why their food tastes so true to the real Italian flavor.
