I do not know how I will start this review, but I wrote a different review a few months ago about this law firm. After speaking to Mr.Mark Nejame or Attorney Mark Nejame over the phone a few times, he made me change my review. If anyone has any issues with this firm and wants to write a bad review on the firm, please I suggest for you, to speak directly to Mark. I promise you he is going to fix whatever issue you have or had at the time. After speaking to him a few times, he came back to me with a solution to fix my differences or problems I had with one of his partner. I have been impress to see how this man handles his business and each situation. He is a deal maker for sure and he does care for the firm and how his clients think about his office. He is on top of his firm and client, very professional and will go out of his way to help you on everything and anything he can. After he read my first review he reach out to me directly and he so far has done everything he told me he was going to do for me. I was NOT expecting at all this phone call. When you meet a person like Mark and the way he handles his clients is completely different. He gives you all the attention and will work any difference you might have. So, please before you write a bad review on this firm, I will ask you to please talk to Mark Nejame directly and I am sure he will find a solution for the issues your having or had with the firm. I learned the hard way that these people are NOT for the little guy, they will lie to your face, cheat, steal and once they have you cash in your lives savings they will force you take out loans you cannot afford with promises of big settlements, money runs out, they hook you on contingency and quit. My first Attorney (no longer with the firm) was never did anything he was contractually paid to do and asked me on NeJame letterhead to try and get him discounts at the company I was working for and suing (I had been there nearly two decades). I read where he was just disciplined by the FL Bar for something else he did to someone, the second attorney was worse believe it or not. Charged me $400 an hour, had me take out loans, missed filing deadlines, tried to quit but the Judge denied it because he was not educated enough to do it properly, she provided step by step instructions for him so he tried again. I requested a hearing and he lied through his teeth, he was ordered by a Federal Judge to turn my file over to me, he filed a notice with the Court he had (not true) he refused to turn over even a single email in my case that I paid him $400 an hour to read and write for years between him and the opposing party I told the Judge he was colluding with. To this day he defied a Federal Judge and a Federal Court Order. These are the most dishonest people I met in my lifetime. Oh, I was also instructed to write a positive review and email it to Mark NeJames personal secretary where Mr. NeJame tweaked it and then had me publish it. I have the back and forth emails to prove it. They may know the corrupt local politicians however I doubt that will do them little good with the US Department of Justice. read more

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this lawfirm! They made me lose a slam dunk easy case. They fooled me to take my case from another lawfirm to them by promising me to get a better result but with one threat from opponent lawfirm, they got scared and dropped my case. Please don't hire this law firm to represent any child who was inappropriately touched by a teacher. We hired this firm, had to constantly contact the firm regarding our child's case after hired, had one hearing and basically every attorney we had representing our daughter was let go from firm or quit. We were given other attorneys to represent, but wasnt their normal cases they were equipped to represent and basically was told we got this and then each new attorney handed the case would dissappear and a new attorney would take over the case with same excuse and issues after collecting $3,000 and plenty of counseling later for our daughter that was inappropriately touch by a teacher in Osceola County. The outcome after $3,000 was basically your child isn't going to be expelled and may go through life afraid if an adult ever touched her inappropriately again that nobody will help or believe an inoccent child even paying money and willing to continue to pay money to make sure every child is protected male or female from authority figures that abuse our children and get away with it just so a law firm that we thought was well known and legit couldn't help or protect our child after money was collected and numerous attorneys were assigned to case and couldn't represent due to the fact they were terminated or quit and each new attorney assigned told us they don't know the case and basically was assigned it without concent please save your children and money and don't hire this law firm to represent your child. Nejame also called us personally and was aware of the neutral trauma this was causing out child, assured us he understood as he has children of his own but for some reason his words and him and his firms actions and lack of professionalism just didn't and couldn't match up I pray that any child male or female is believed when it comes to this type of unwanted touching, inappropriate behavior by any adult is believed and taking seriously to prevent mental health issues that result from this type of issues. Every child should be believed when they come to an adult and stated they were touch inappropriate from a teach or any figure. I reached out to this firm for assistance on December 16th, 2021 and the next day, Ally Del Valle Torres responded they could help. The next day I called and she then claims they could not assist and the reason was because she asked me certain questions. I asked her what were these questions she's claiming that she asked, because I didn't reply to them nor did I hear them. She proceeds to tell me the questions she asked and I am blown away by what I'm hearing. Floored. Because I never heard them much less replied to them. Needless to say I quickly ended the call. The whole thing took less than five minutes. It's safe to say she falsified a conversation that never occurred in order to falsely indicate they could not assist, when they very well could have.
