I Ordered flowers for my mother in law. And what I ordered and what she received were two totally different things. Look at pic... I ordered the $95 floral arrangement n was told it would be similar to the pic & I added the balloon. The only things similar is the balloon! I did tell them I would get pics & she assured me it would be similar .. They forgot the other 1/2 of the arrangement to be DELIVERED also, I'm guessing.. I want to first state i am not a person who posts bad reviews..ever i try to see reasoning behind everything before i get to upset. A few weeks ago I had placed an order for two set of prom flowers (corsage and boutonniere). I gave specific directions for the florist, down to the flower, style, bracelet, and ribbon choice for each set. The Owner showed me what flowers she had in stock and we both were in agreement and I thought I was paying for just that. On any other occasion in the past, Nelles had always nailed my Vision of what I had in mind, so I trusted her. When I had the kids pick up the flowers the morning of prom, they sent me pictures of where all of the flowers were sitting. I was a little upset that they were not in a cooler. I'm no florist but I have had my fare share of ordering flowers and never have I ever had them laying out at room temp when I went to pick them up. On top of that, one of the sets I ordered was supposed to be very dainty and white, I made sure to ask for Gerber daisies and made it also aware I did not want roses! Again when the kids came home with the flowers the first set was yellowed baby roses, the corsage was bulky(I specified it not be) and the flowers were beginning to brown. On the second set, I had asked also to be dainty, black accents and silver ribbon, with orchards. They sure did remember the black because that was most of the corsage with a hint of one silver leaf and no greenery. I had called the following week and spoke with the owner. In the past when I asked to speak with a manager or owner, they were definitely a lot friendlier. When I finally received a call back from the owner she did not allow me to go into detail about the flowers or the mishap. She immediately jumped to "i can just give you part of your money back". I was shocked....being a customer, and local at that I just wanted her to hear my frustration, I assumed it was a new florist working on prom weekend and it was stressful, I was not going to make a scene I just wanted to understand where and why the ball was dropped so badly. I remember when I have called in the past(months almost a year ago) the manager &/or owner was always very professional, and always made things right with me, even if it was just store credit, or making a complete new arrangement no questions asked. The arrangement that was ordered compared to the arrangement that was delivered is HORRIBLE. So bare and sloppy. Almost everything beside the daisies were wilted or brown and falling off . From reading previous posts I am taking it that if you don't know the owner personally or in this case if you do and aren't on her good side be prepared to get one star service.. read more

I ordered an arrangement through teleflora which was made and delivered by this florist and it was NOTHING like I ordered. Not near as many flowers and way more greenery. I was so disappointed and they were not willing to help me out at all, all I got was excuses. I ended up with a 30% refund from teleflora, but I definitely won't go that route again. Beware of online flower ordering! I have since heard many horror stories of the same type of thing I went through. read more
