Meet the Manager: Charles N.

Charles A. "Chuck" Nelson is the third generation of Nelsons at Nelson & Nelson, CPA's. He is an alumnus of the University of South Dakota, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting in 1983. He has been a partner in the firm since 1984 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. Chuck was a traditional guardsman in the South Dakota Air National Guard and retired in 1995. He has been very active in the Sioux Falls Airshow, Air Force Association, Lions Club, and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, as well as numerous other organizations in our community over the years. Currently, Chuck serves as the Vice-Chairman for Sioux Falls Airshow, Inc. and Vice-Chairman for the Sioux Falls YMCA and serves on the Sioux Falls Military Task Force Committee.

Your first mistake was outsourcing your onboarding…read more Your second mistake was trusting the Woltman Group. They don't care about you at all. I was at a startup that threw puzzle after puzzle at me that I had to dig and dig to find-out nobody could solve. I kept hearing from friends and family, "at least they pay you." But the biggest puzzle of them all was figuring out how to get the Woltman Group to pay me. I followed their instructions and when it didn't work I asked the right way to do it which they flat out refused to help me. I didn't have the bandwidth to figure it out or the energy to fight. For the first 3 weeks I couldn't wait for things to die down to finally go over the Onboarding Person's head to get paid. When I did they protected their Onboarding Person. No apologies, not their style. Then I had a back and forth with the Protector of Onboarding...to finally figure it out. Trust me if people didn't need to keep their jobs they would be cursing the Woltman Group out Day 1 to hold their hand and make it easy. I got laid off and tried to get their help and they literally told me not to call them! Startup Life is hard enough, you don't need to be angry everyday after work since the Woltman Group won't help you.

This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as…read morepromised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures. Those are crickets on the carpet near the walls. Feel free to check out the photos I posted. These were taken when I came home from work after they had "cleaned" my house. I live alone.
