I'm forgetting any number of types of things, but it was a well-stocked store despite its relatively small size. The prices ranged widely, but I thought they seemed pretty decent compared to similar things I've seen elsewhere. Also, the staff is outstanding -- very warm, welcoming, and patient in general, as well as knowledgeable about the goings-on around Jonesborough and happy to talk about them.

Located in an old bank building, the check out register is located along the teller counter. I joined their mystery and thrillers book club and enjoyed the discussion and other's points of view. They have a variety of new and used books and book donations are continually being sought. Overall, the Johnson's Literary Depot is an a great addition to the literary community in and around Johnson City.
