Then, on his way, he claims that we gave him the wrong address, didn't verify it with us, and ended up getting lost. We asked him if it was going to be at our expense, and he said he would have to charge us...for him getting lost, so we cancelled the appointment. He called the next day after we told him not to come out and he got an earful of what we thought about how he does business. I do not recommend going to these people if you value honesty.

This time I called Hanson's when my boiler had an issue. Kyle walked in to my furnace room, knew exactly how to fix it, and then fixed 2 other issues too, including a gas leak. The installer would have come multiple times without fixing the issue and charged me for his guys sitting in their truck smoking while "conferring with the experts". I am now a Hansons customer for life!
