Can't tell you how many times per day our internet goes down. We have called multiple times and have been told someone would be out, no one comes still same issues. Need to find a solution read more

I have had issues for 6-7 months that I have been trying to solve with no progress so far. I have replaced everything I can, I replaced and verified all my equipment and let the ISP also verify it so I'm certain the issues is not on my end. I continue to receive service with many disconnects, in the past 3 months it has gone out over 165 times. they have told me to my face that the issue isnt on my end, and they they seem to continue to not fix it. i have reported them to the fcc and am still waiting on that to pan out. im sick of paying for service that i cant reliably use. there are no adequate alternatives and they have a monopoly on internet service for this area preventing people including myself from being able to find anything better. they have not once reached out to me with progress or info on whats going on. if i want them to help i have to contact them every single time. in the past i have had them say they will come over to check things and just never show up and i ended up having to call 2 days later and try again. ive also been told they will call at a specific time and just never hear back. i have been told in person "it will be fixed today" and obviously that has not happened. if you have an option, NEVER use this service. it feels like a scam. read more
