I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). I have Lupus SLE and was going through months of non-stop flaring and had a gut feeling (intuition) that something inside me was unbalanced, thus causing my stress and anxiety to be in a state that I could just not tame. After doing some research and reading reviews on several practitioners, I was drawn to Andrea due to her traditional practice and scheduled a session with her that same week. I didn't know what to expect and so we started our session with her explaining what Reiki is and how it can help so many ailments. I also gave her some background on why I was seeking help. As an empath, I've always had difficulty controlling my emotions, especially when put in a negative situation and I explained this to Andrea who just understood exactly what I meant and was feeling. My session went SO well and after I opened my eyes I felt more like myself again, more positive, more calm and all of the anxiety felt like it just withered away. The last few months had been super stressful. I moved across the country, launched a new product…read moreand entered a new relationship. The stress was taking its toll on my body. I was having lots of belly aches, I had deepening circles under my eyes from the lack of rest and my neck was in constant pain. I knew I needed to do something. I just didn't know what. I went to see Mital for her Soul Blossoming session using non-needle acupuncture techniques. I just wasn't much of a believer. When the pain got almost unbearable and I had already been to the chiropractor several times that week, I decided to give her a call. Within 10 minutes of being on her table, I already felt more relaxed. By the end of the hour, I was in a different euphoric state. I definitely knew what was going on with my body was energetic.
