My industrial was fine at first, but never healed because it was done incorrectly and the bar was too short, so I just gave up on it today (image of bad piercing side effects included). Next, my septum was peirced lopsided and the ring was bent to the point it was uncomfortable. I thought the ring made it look lopsided since it was bent so badly, but when I bought a new titanium ring to change it, I noticed it was the hole that was lopsided. Then, when I went to repierce it last month, my new piercer said it was pierced on the cartilage and not the small skin spot it's meant to be pierced. I was extremely upset and disappointed since it's literal hell for me to get piercings. I have vasovagal syncope so it's incredibly difficult for me to get piercings. Do not go here under any circumstances. I wish I could give zero stars for f***ing up my very hard to get piercings.

They had a poor and limited selection of colors, and the procedure used to fill my nails was rushed and improper. I have had solar nails for several years, so I'm very familiar with the procedure. What was performed by the technician at Chanails didn't even come close. The result was a poor quality nail with unfinished rough edges and jagged curve where the white meets the natural part of the nail. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the technician simply tried to "re-do" a few of the nails I pointed out, making the matter worse. My finishing top coat was thin and bubbled, and I now have rough, uneven feeling nails. No effort was made to improve my experience. Now I will have to go somewhere else and pay to have my nails completely redone. What a waste of time and money!
