Allied Physicians Surgery Center waited until two days before my scheduled surgery to cancel it, on…read morespite of the fact that it had been scheduled for two weeks ago, because they say they would lose money on something they needed to procure for it. This is after I took the week off of work for the surgery, and will now have my return to work delayed for recovery time because the surgery is now rescheduled elsewhere at a later date. So, they cost me two weeks of work, Now who's losing money? I find this very inconsiderate and unacceptable, especially since they had two weeks to figure this out. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The phone rings forever and there's no answering machine on any option except for the prescription refill line. I've never experienced this with any other clinic to where you cannot call to speak to anyone, and not have an option to leave a message. This may be a Covid related problem, but I think their phone system is not working properly, or they need to have receptionists working in a call area to take phone calls. It was incredibly hard to just get my first appointment scheduled, and now I can't even follow up since the appointment. It's useless.
