The front section is a smoking area ... I was first placed in the passage - with the cigarette smell in my nose I asked to be reseated. I was offered another table until 8pm - great. The staff was very accommodating even though it was 6pm and we didn't have a reservation. TIP: make reservations if planning to come after 8pm. Fresh hot bread is brought to the table along with chived butter and curry butter. The 4 stars is for the small menu. They have escargot, baby pig and schnitzel. Great service. Great venue.

The average people in there were dressed very nicely. It was very romantic. We sat right at the bar and did not feel uncomfortable at all. The bartender was very friendly and we ordered our drinks and got them right away. Vodka club soda was $8.00 (euros) Draft beer was $3.30 (euros) Also got the escargot, which was in butter and garlic and served with the very best French bread I've ever had!!!! Crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Escargot was $14 euros. I would recommend this for drinks and dinner, a great place for a bunch of girlfriends to go together and hang out outside on the patio, or romantic dinner. They do have plenty of parking also if you are driving.

My local contacts seemed to know the owner of this restaurant and they were greeted with cheek kisses on both side. When we arrived, our table was ready and promptly got seated at the corner. They have English menu available but server doesn't speak or understand English fully. Olive oil used was amazingly good. High quality olive oil. Sample appetizers came with Caprese, Prosciutto, thin slices octopus to name a few. I really liked this octopus. Some at my table couldn't accept the idea of eating octopus, so I kindly thanked them and ate most of them on the plate. For main, I ordered grilled Dover sole. It was cooked perfection, bones came out easily, I ate the whole fish very quickly. I wish I knew the type of olive oil they used.. Loved it so much, would have brought home if possible. Perhaps next time if that happens. I was told pizza here is good as well. Pizza served here was 12 inch (30cm), some on our table ordered pizza and they all seemed pleased.
