The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.

The shop is open 24 hours a day and is very useful for picking up bits a pieces when you can't be bothered going to the local supermarket. As with many similar shops the convenience is reflected in the price of goods sold and they are not as cheap as similar goods found elsewhere. The shop is well organised and clean. There are fridge cabinets and a frozen food section, as well as shelves well placed within the shop. The shop is always very well stocked and has a good variety of items on sale. The staff are friendly and are happy to help. They serve you promptly and are happy to help you bag up and shopping as necessary. This is a great place for the convenient purchase.

They serve Costa coffee so rather than little chef decided to get a coffee from Costa,never again, the lady serving was miserable, and treated me as if I should not be bothering her, and she did not want to be there. She ignored me for sometime, then I gave my order and handed her my Costa coffee club Card she snarled at me, you cannot use that here we don't take them. I will not be returning again. I visited this recently and after my experience there I have vowed never to return…read more When I arrived there was a petrol tanker unloading fuel, and I was told the pumps would be closed for 10 mins. I was very short of fuel and didn't know the area so waited rather than drive on to another garage. In the meantime the local police arrived and I asked them for an alternative garage as I really did need to be continuing my journey. They were unhelpful and gave vague instructions, when I asked them to repeat them so I could write them down they said they were too busy and drove off! I was still waiting for the fuel and 1 hr later I was able to stand refilling my car. When I went to pay I wanted to use fuel vouchers which I had received in this very same garage 3 weeks earlier but was refused and told they were not permitted. Now I had been given them in that very same garage but was refused. I had just filled up my vehicle at a cost of over £85 and wanted to redeem this £5 voucher. The staff member was rude and unhelpful and I will not use this garage again. Toilets are unclean and shop is expensive.
