Didn't mind the help BUT this girl was so UNFRIENDLY... I don't know if she had a bad day or if that's her personality. Her "help" felt so forced and I had to pull every information out of her, which was really annoying. After a lousy and rushed stroller demonstration, I thanked her because I was basically done being in her miserable presence and went on to the cash. Again, the girls at the cash were super nice, gave me the info I needed and more. One of the guys that worked in the back was also super nice when he came out to help me with loading the box in the car. The store was really clean and neat. Wanted to stay longer to look around but didn't have the time. I'll be back for sure!! The delivery process was a nightmare. My order came in 4 different deliveries (so I had to tip people 4 different times) and they never came on the day they said they would. They don't offer assembly etc. It was all very stressful for a first time mom who is in her late stage of pregnancy. For the prices, you expect to have a smooth transaction and leave happy but this whole thing has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Not sure I would recommend them.
