Meghan T. , a rep from NetBiz has been my rep for the 6 months that I have been with NetBiz. I have done Facebook and Google advertising based upon her recommendations. My fan page has increased by about 1600 fans! The Google advertising brings new clients to my office on a daily basis! Meghan and her colleagues, Mark and Kent, have also provided invaluable help with my various websites. They have spent extensive time and effort teaching me Website/Internet Best Practices including Key Word Optimization as well as a load of other SEO (search engine optimization) facts. Without this information, which I didn't know that I didn't know... meaning I thought I was instituting best practices stuff into my web sites when some of the stuff I was doing was actually lowering my rankings.... Fact of it all is that without their help, I was actually wasting a lot of money, time and effort! Frankly, this testimonial is totally unsolicited by Meghan and her crew and I am absolutely and unequivocally appalled by the comments below. Moreover, I can thoroughly state that my experience has been totally opposite of ED B's and YES as opposed to what Ed B and KD say, NetBiz is an affiliate partner of Google! It seriously sounds to me like a bunch of disgruntled business owners projecting their financial demise on to NetBiz. Melissa, KD and Ed, Y'all should be ashamed, but Sam V's comment could not be more of a lie and totally atrocious! First of all. Impressions don't equal clicks, but they do plant seeds and significantly increase traffic to your website. If you have a high bounce rate, you can't blame NetBiz, because you either have poor content on your website or your product is weak! Furthermore, you can't get anything from Google for .75-$1 per click unless you have no one searching the keywords that you wish to rank for! My Google Ads have always averaged 1.7 in position, which means in the first or second position! I reiterate that you can't get anything from Google for .75-$1 per click unless you have no competition for those KWs and ony an extremely few people are searching for them, which lowers your significance and relevance to Google and, hence, the ranking of your ads, WHICH IS WHY NO ONE SAW THEM! Google, like anyone else if not more so, is all about money, if you want to rank you have to have relevance and significance and interest and Oh Ya you have to pay for it! Shame on you Sam V. Sam, Melissa, KD, and Ed have you ever heard that lieing is a sin and what goes around, comes around, and if you have nothing nice to say than cierra la boca! They pulled a bait and switch on my 97 year old grandfather. They claimed to be Google. A fraud investigation is underway. I'm also filing a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's office. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Matthew D. from Netbiz sent a me message through Yelp: "I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with NetbIz. Will you please elaborate on what took place so we can remedy the situation?" Well Matthew, It would seem that your company engages in misleading (and dare I say, fraudulent) sales and billing practices. Our experience with Netbiz was shockingly similar to the other Yelp reviewers. A cursory search on Google for Netbiz reveals complaint after complaint about your company. You should also know that among the related search terms for "Netbiz" on Google are "Netbiz Complaints" and "Netbiz Scams". The Oregon Better Business Bureau has 28 complaints filed against you, 17 of which are "advertising/sales issues". To remedy this situation I would suggest your sales people stop misrepresenting themselves as Google (or other large internet companies) and reveal the actual price of the services. My grandfather was promised an ad campaign for "pennies a month" but was in fact charged $280 per month on a reoccurring basis. When he asked for a refund he was denied. When he asked to have the service canceled he was also denied. Eventually he had to cancel his credit card and file a fraud complaint with the bank. Even now he's still receiving several calls a day from your company. Since this seems to be a reoccurring pattern, a complaint was also filed with Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection Department and the Better Business Bureau in hopes that your company won't take advantage of others in the future. NetBiz did and continues to do exactly what they promised they would do from the first phone call. Our company URL is #1 or #2 first page in Google every month on every keyword we have purchased without fail. The original salesmen were super nice, the account rep we have is the best. He is one of the reasons we have stayed with this company for so long. When we tried to buy sponsored spots on our own, the cost per click was so high the budget was blown with in a few days. With Netbiz we are #1 or #2 first page all month long for the price quoted no matter how many clicks, in an extremely competitive business. Our original url hosting was unexpectedly taken down and NetBiz had all the coding back up on another url with in hours. Our account rep has given me extra ideas to help and always informs us of new items they are offering. We don't always do all the new things they have to offer, but we have never been treated anyway but with complete respect. Maybe someday we will not be so killer busy from what they are already doing and need to add more. For now our small company and employees are very happy and very busy. The added sales from the site since we have been working with NetBiz, have paid for the NetBiz advertising far beyond the monthly cost month after month.
