I visited this practice twice before I bolted to a much better OB/GYN in the neighboring town. The…read morefirst visit several months ago was with Dr Neuwirth for a new patient consult, and that was fine and pleasant. More recently, I set up another appointment with Dr Neuwirth, specifically at a time when he was available, but when I arrived, they'd subbed in someone else to meet with me - a new-to-the-practice Midwife/Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Underwood. The staff insisted the appointment had been with her all along, which was incorrect. All of her answers to my questions were generic (and as it turns out, at least one was incorrect!), and then I was shocked to learn they don't even do ultrasounds in their office - they send you out even for the most basic of scans. (What kind of an OB doesn't have this option in-house?!) Then, while getting off the examining table, I slipped on some gel that had dripped on the floor and injured my leg and wrist. When I notified the nurse of what had happened, she said they'd take a look and clean it up... but didn't even ask if I was ok?!? That was the final straw for me. So I booked an appointment with another OB/GYN practice that uses the same local hospital (Women's Health Specialists of CentraState), and had an experience much closer to my expectation of 'what good looks like.' But first, I had to try to get my records from this practice, and that was hugely unpleasant. I left voice mails that were never returned, finally spoke to someone who said they'd email me the form and they didn't, and then, with only one day to go before my new appointment, I navigated their crappy phone tree to finally get someone on the phone who said, there's no way they could turn it around that fast, that state law gives them 30 days to send records on. I got in my car, drove to the office, and insisted on filling out the form in person and waiting for them to hand me over the records (which of course took only 10 minutes, when they had the motivation of me staring at them to get their butts in gear). Seriously, who cites a 30 day turnaround as something they'd be ok with? My recommendation is, do NOT use this practice - it was a most unpleasant experience all around.

If I could put a 0, I would give them a 0…read more I think it's fair that I start off by saying, I have worked in a medical practice before and familiar of the procedures. I called here in hopes to be seen for a problem I was having with pain and discomfort and was told that the earliest they could see me was 7 days from now. I told her that I wasn't expecting a complete physical, I just wanted to be checked for the problem and even described my symptoms and she repeated, the soonest was 7 days from now. I completely understand that it is very busy during these times, but for god's sake, they have 4 locations and how many doctors? And you mean to tell me you expect me to remain in discomfort for 7 days???? When I worked at a practice, we always made an accommodation for patients in discomfort, no matter how busy. I would let the patient know that there would be a wait, but they would be seen. I wasn't expecting to get in for the same day, 2-3 days was reasonable, but 7 days?? She wasn't even apologetic. I wonder if the doctor knows what's going on up front.

I am using the practice for over 18 years and I highly recommend the place . A lot of changes…read morethrough the years but always great services . The trust that they build over the years made me to continue choosing them for my medical care . The renovated place is been always clean. The stuff is friendly efficient.. great nurses and practitioner nurses that they're there for you to assist you anything you need. Always polite and ready to work with your schedule and your needs.. you can leave a message when they're busy. They will always return your call. Doctors always wonderful super efficient, and always there to take their time with you explaining you the details on any medical issues that might occur. Dr Christoper Naraine was really amazing made me feel safe took his time to explain to me all the details about my my condition and what were the options for me for if I chose non surgical method, or the procedure . Never felt rushed or uncomfortable. If there were more than five stars, I would've given that to them.
