When I called to setup service with this company someone by the name of Fernando said he would take care of my setup. Upon arrival not only was he late but he walked into my place of business just before closing when I had confirmed with him over the phone numerous times to come do my install at 1 pm. When he walked he smelled of marijuana while he carried the dispenser through my hallway to the kitchen smashing it into the wall numerous times before he put it down. My staff was so baffled by this experience that they wondered how he was even able to make it safely for the delivery. The water tastes okay but how can a company have this kind of employee driving around carrying equipment without injuring himself or others. When he left our office the water dispenser started leaking. We tried to call him back he said to check the bottle for a crack and that he insisted it was the bottle. So we sat the bottle outside the office and put another bottle on and it was still leaking. We called him back again a 2nd time and he started yelling saying we are not looking good enough and that it was a crack on the bottle. This place SUCKS! I call to get delivery dates on my water delivery and lo and behold they don't deliver on the dates that they gave me. Therefore my empty water jug's never get picked up that are empty. When I called to skip a delivery and bada bing there's seven more bottles at my door now I got 14 in my small apartment. I call they say they'll credit me the next month. I tell him please skip the following month because I got another delivery when I wanted the previous month skipped. Bada boom bada bing another seven bottles and another charge on my charge card. You have to wait on hold about an hour when you call there for a problem. They never call you back and they never resolve the issue. They don't refund they don't call you back so I have to go through my Wells Fargo bank to dispute the charges. The lady working there is rude and hangs up on you when you complain. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that charges the same amount as them. Because my deliveries have gone up to $70 a delivery and it started at $30. I wouldn't recommend. They make you sign a contract that you owe him $200 if you don't do two years of delivery. read more

I love how easy it was to get started! I put in my inquiry online to get started with 3 of the 5 gallon tanks of the alkaline water a month with the free cooler rental. I immediately received a call to confirm that I would be available 2 days later for the first delivery and filling out the paper work. Patrick arrived right on time with my first 3 5 gallon tanks, quickly set up the cold cooler and even threw in 20 pack of alkaline bottled water for free. He made sure everything in the contract was very clearly and we got through the paper work easily. He was very friendly and efficient and the whole visit took less than 30 minutes to get it all set up and going. I'm so glad I decided to do this. I already had a water filter at home, but this is still significantly better. The water really does taste better and is much softer. Our household has had long running issues with acid reflux and this has helped us tremendously. If you are tired of constantly buying packs of water or just looking for a better way to stay hydrated in general I would definitely recommend this service. I don't know what all these people are saying about Nevada Crystal Premium! All I know is that they've treated me good. Sure I have to sign a contract to get some water delivery service from them. But all companies are doing that before they want to do business with you. Phone companies, utility companies, credit card companies, car dealers, even the Clark County Las Vegas public libraries make you sign a contract before you borrow their book. You can't even rent an apartment without signing a contract. All the water companies that I know of make you sign a contract. Some companies make you sign a paper and don't think it's a contract. But Nevada Crystal Premium gives you a paper to sign and you'll know it's a contract. You'll know it because it's capitalized and highlighted in red that it is a contract. It tells you to "PLEASE READ PAPERWORK THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING." right there next to your name and signature. This is the United States of America where everybody is mandated by law to go to school and learn to read. Remember, before signing any piece of paper, read it thoroughly. read more

OK So I got woke up to the dogs barking and someone was at the door. When I finally opened the door I was politely greeted and received an apology for waking me up. (even though it was after four in the afternoon. I asked them inside because mostly I needed a cup of coffee) These guys gave me their sales pitch while I drank my coffee. I like water obviously as it is essential to my existence however I probably would not have bought it from a door to door salesman. Let me say this that these two guys had it down! They had the answer to every question I asked. You could tell they liked their job and believed in what they were selling. Not too mention they were the best looking salesmen I have ever seen.!! Anyway they sold me and after paying them and sending them back to work, I poured myself a glass of water and then I understood why they were selling this water with such excitement. My name is Mitchell Pierce and I was a customer with NCP for over a year, when my health took a turn and I was dealing with surgery after surgery I was unable to keep up with my obligations and make my payments to NCP. My bill got up there and when I finally maned up and called NCP to try and set up some sort of arrangements that I honestly didn't know how I would fulfill, the manager and I had a very heart filled talk about things and he actually listened to my situation and he said this to me. I'm going to go ahead and wipe your debt clean and when you get caught up and back on track he'd welcome me back and start up service again with a new slate. Im so happy with the delivery service i picked. I couldnt be happier. Keith is a wounderful person and always ready to help no matter what day of the week u run out of water. And the people who word for him are always ready to help.Like today,i needed water on sunday ,so i called ,no problem . And Keith is the one who told me about the alkaline water,and in the 3 weeks ive been drinking it and using it for coffee and cooking i can tell a difference in the way i feel. Best water delivery company! They have been delivering my water for about 4 years now and no complaint ever. This company was referred to me by a friend of mine about 4 years ago and I also referred them to my friends and family. They're a great company. Me, my friends and family are always in touch with each other and we talked about everything. They all like this company too and been with them also for a long time. The delivery is always on the scheduled date of my delivery and they are always so helpful. They always put the water bottle on the cooler for me. And everytime I call to request for additional bottles for my parties, they're always courteous and prompt to deliver extra bottles. There are other companies that offer the same services but I don't think I will ever switch. I'm happy with the service, the price and the quality! read more

I had an excellent experience with Crystal Premium Water today. I am a former Real Water customer and as soon as their news story broke I called here. They were very responsive and set me up right away so I wouldn't have a big gap in my water service. Dain Pat went above and beyond to not only flush my old system out for the new water but to educate me on the differences between alkaline, electrolyte and purified waters. He was also kind enough to help me take multiple bottles of the old service to my garage to make room for new. He didn't have to do that :-) I highly recommend these people, him specifically. THese people are thieves and it is impossible to speak with them. For at least the fifth time I was billed for water that I told them tolhold off delivering. I called their purported customer service line--FIVE TIMES--and just kept getting the "you are very important to us" BS message. No one ever answered the phone and you cannot leave a message. THeir customer service email is "not monitored" .I am reporting them to the BBB today and recommend that you never give them your CC number as it is a bottomless pit of false charges for services not rendered. As soon as I contact Nevada Crystal Premium for services. I got a call from Dain Hawkins to schedule a delivery appointment. He was very professional and friendly. He worked with my crazy schedule and I couldn't be more happy. He accommodate me immediately for the next day. The following morning I got a call and within minutes he was at my house. Our family got a good deal with this water company Nevada Crystal Premium just before Christmas. We saw a flyer from them at our door and saw they've got better prices than the ones we were looking into. So we started service from them. So far our service has been good. The water is good. And we're saving a lot of money. We don't have to go to the store anymore everytime we run out of water. And another good thing, we also have a hot and cold cooler and we don't have to pay rent for it. They rented it to us for free. Thank goodness. read more

A really good guy. And the service is excellent. Once when I really need more water because I had to host a party in the house, they delivered me all the water I needed. I really appreciate that. Wow, these guys are great. Within one day I was given new service and a free case of water. They are local and unlike Sparkletts (which I am in a Better Business Bureau dispute with), Crystal premium will return your call quickly. I don't know if the bad reviews on this company are legitimate as the bad reviews do not sound anything like this company.
