However, my folks recently had their bathroom done and this was one of the various places they visited in the South Side. We all agreed that the selection of fixtures and fittings were all relatively similar despite their being a good range of prices. While, my folks had a very pleasant experience with the staff and home quote/consultation service initially this didn't last. Instead, the pricing of the job continued to rise and they were not particularly helpful about finding 'complementary' tiles or saving the old ones. Instead, the entire bathroom was going to have to be re-tiled amongst other cost rising elements. I believe there was also some confusion or trouble with actually getting in contact with people and arranging viewings for quotations. Though, in saying this they do have an apparently wide selection of ranges and products. While, the do cater for all levels of prices which is always a welcome surprise - especially in the home improvement sector. Furthermore, the show room is large, clean and tidy so presents the products in a superb light and is a very pleasant place to be in.

The shower wasn't the best either, and felt a bit like standing under a tree in the rain. As I didn't own the flat however, I couldn't do much about this. So it was with deep longing that I'd come by here, nose pressed against the window,dreaming of the days when I could hose myself down in one of the tsunami-like power showers, or sit proudly atop one of their gleaming new thrones like a king, ready to unleash hell below.

Forget customer service & workmanship Had our kitchen done…read morein April 2024 by Ultimate Home Solutions. The flooring finishing work was not installed correctly which has left a crack in the LVT tiling within 2 months of install at the entrance to the kitchen as the underlay had not been properly installed. Contacted UHS early July to inform. Have sent an excess of 10 emails & called over 10 times over the period of 8 months trying to get someone to come out and sort a relatively small job. Gentleman by name of Michael visited our property in October 2024, examined the cracked tiling, and placed a strip of masking tape over said cracked tiling saying he'll get it fixed. Back n forth we go for months getting ignored, no updates. Called in December and was given a long story about how tiles were out of stock, they managed to sort and will get around to fixining in the new year. We are now end of Feb 2025, almost 9 months later, still with the now heavily soiled tape still in place, emails keep getting ignored and promises to call back fall on deaf ears. Pathetic customer service. STAY AWAY from these amateurs.

When place order in the store.they told everything perfect and will be informed before…read moredelivery.Next day got message that delivery on its way.waiting each day.after one week without any message or phonecall devivered on the street and left unattended,my neighbour signed for delivery and phone me to work.Had to left work and go home to move all from pallet to inside home.When i back to the store and told them,that is not acceptable,i lost my working day and have to unload palet and bring it home by myself.they told that they just selling not dealing with delivery company and I have to phone customer service.the customer service told that will refund delivery price in 10 working days.when i open the pallet and plumber start build the bathroom we found that in every box for every vanity unit and bath and toilet missing bolts which we have to buy at BQ.quality of units is very poor ,definately not for bathroom.When I phone back to customer service in 2 weeks and ask about refund they told that no any refung and they just supply furniture,no any responsibility for how delivery will be and what you will get .Quality of furniture cheap as will be from TEMU.Avoid that company.

Established in 1963 Wholesale Domestics prides itself as being Scotland's largest bathroom superstore and believe me, this place is huge. If you need a new shower, free standing bath or perhaps just a new plughole you will find it here. I used to get dragged round here by my parents when I was little and I used to find it quite exciting as I would jump in and out of all the different bath tubs before my dad told me off. My mum has got several bathroom suites from here and has never been disappointed so I'm sure when she next decides to decorate the bathroom she'll be heading here too. The staff are very friendly and take the time to help their customers which I guess is why it's been in business for over 40 years! They have over 200 bathroom displays on show so you will be spoilt for choice if you're looking for a nice new bathroom!
