Jamie is AWESOME!!!! I had to replace my pool liner and I needed Jamie to deliver water to fill up…read morethe pool. I was supposed to give him a week's notice, but the pool guy emailed me on Friday and said that he was replacing the liner on Monday. I called Jamie and he worked his magic and delivered on time. In fact, he juggled his schedule so that he was available 2 hours earlier than they had asked. From his experience he knew that they would most likely be done earlier. He was able to deliver 12 truck loads of water in an afternoon. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is reliable, professional, and he knows his stuff. I will definitely use him again!!! J. We came out to the outlets and after about 5 hours of shopping and eating enough sugar to kill a small horse we decided it was time to head on back. When we came we went through the back way from Ballground, GA. It's a nice scenic way about 45 minutes give and take to travel and along the way there are several nice antique store for you to pick your way through if you're into that kind of stuff...but going back we decided that maybe we should head back via 400 which should dump us onto Windward parkway which will dump us on to 92. So we followed our instincts and went towards the way that we thought we came from...after about 20 minutes of driving someone in the car mentioned that we might be going north instead of south... For those who don't know...like me...Lumpkin County is a bit North of Dawsonville where Dahlonega is located. No idea how we ended up here but we did and thanks to some nice fireman who were collecting money on the side of the road we were able to get back to where we needed to be...thanks...hope you meet your goal!

Moving him…read moreinto assisted living care was a huge step in our minds but the transition was made easy by Phillip and his team. Every member of the staff seems to truly care about the folks living there and we've not had one single regret since moving him in. The place is well thought out, rooms are nice, overall facility is very clean and the staff has ALWAYS been nothing less than very responsive & very helpful. There are plenty of activities available for the residents including a park with walking trails & exercise equipment next door. Let's not forget the food here - I'm almost embarrassed to say that I look forward to eating lunch there. The food is actually that good. Menus are well planned and published in advance making it easy for me to plan my lunch visits. The only criticism I have of the place is the Director's office is decorated with that tacky Tennessee Volunteer orange.

This large park is located behind the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame. Lots of goings on here including a playground with a wheelchair-accessible swing, 9-hole disc golf course "Shiners 9" and cornhole boards. Three picnic pavilions with charcoal grills are available to reserved through City Hall. Fitness stations, dog park and more features are coming!
