BUT, this is not the case at the Dawsonville store. This place is cleaner and better organized than many of the department stores in our area. We have found so many great items in this store from furniture to clothing to shoes and other stuff and the prices cannot be beat. Most the items are in excellent condition and look barely used. If there was one downside, as others have posted all clothing is sorted by color but not by size. For me this makes finding anything in the clothing aisles next to impossible as I am not the type that will stand and go through countless items searching for size tags. But, for others that this is not a concern you can definitely find many great items and deals. This is by far the BEST Goodwill we have visited hands down.

I guess a…read morelong time ago the building used to be a bank- there are two rooms that are actually huge safes! I snapped a few photos of that. The workers here were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of items to look at. Tons of beautiful mirrors, glassware, paintings, knickknacks and more. Gotta come check it out for yourself! The prices are pretty reasonable. I bought a piece of decor when my friends and I stopped by today. I'd happily come back.

A great place on the square to browse and find a gift for a friend or maybe for yourself! I bought a sari blanket that will look adorable on my screened in porch swing bed! I always enjoy visiting local furniture stores when I am in town for festivals because you just never know what you will find. This particular store had mostly furniture items placed in several rooms. I felt that the prices were a bit high for the quality of the pieces and the area. Now, I don't know if these were "festival" prices or everyday prices but several, (not all), of the price tags gave me pause. If you are looking for antiques, it is an option but I would prefer to just drive up to Dahlonega for great selection and pricing.
