This should not be rated 4 stars only, I would rate it 10 on a 10 point scale alone. I live no where over near wilmington, but will drive the 45 minutes to eat here. The food alone is amazing. The orange chicken and fried rice is a go to for me and it has never once let me down. All my friends order sushi and say no place can match the taste their sushi gives. The service is fantastic. The workers literally know me and my friends by this point and I do not even live in town. Always reliable, always kind. They play music while you eat and is mainly booths or half-booth, half-table. Amazing food first of all- taste and quantity! LOVE the sweet and sour chicken. It is SO delicious and they give you good portions. Lately I've been asking for extra sweet and sour sauce though just because it tastes so good. The owner is very nice and you can tell he really cares about his business and the customer. Sushi is hit or miss, sometimes really good for a small town, sometimes not as good as gas station sushi. If I could give no stars, I would. This happened on 9/14/22. As you can see that is a screw, probably from whatever pan is being used to cook in. We obviously called and were told sorry, but unfortunately this just left a bad taste in our mouths. We have been going here for a quite a while and it was always good. It has gone downhill and this just topped it off. We were only initially offered a refund for whatever dish the screw could have been in. We then demanded a full refund, which we were then told we could get a credit for meals in the future. I'm sorry but we don't want any more food, we wanted our money back. Not to mention, the food wasn't even that great! So then we were told we could have gotten a full refund, but on the same day. Makes no sense but okay. (Never were told that though the night it happened) how convenient. Also, just some food for thought, if there was a screw in our food and they didn't notice that, imagine the cleanliness of anything else for that matter.
