Twice I have called and got right in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. The massage was a typical Aisian massage which includes a sheet over you and not a thick blanket. They don't cram it under you like most chain massage places. This allows them to work more muscle areas. THEY DO NOT OFFER OR WILL DO ADDITIONAL "SERVICES" BESIDES THE MASSAGE! THERE IS A SIGN AT THE RECEPTION DESK THAT STATES AS MUCH AND MENTIONS CONTACTING LAW ENFORCEMENT IF YOU TRY TO GET THEM TO DO IT! I haven't even been asked for a tip. But then again I always give one. It is customary that you tip the individual in addition to the charge for the massage. Customary tip ranges from 15% for a satisfactory massage, 20% for a good one and 25% for a great one.

My first therapist was Tiffany she was great and focused on my areas I needed the most. Second visit I had Christina, also a great therapist so I can't compare since they do have their own styles. I will definitely be back. The reason why I can't give 5 stars is due to the noise upstairs probably from the gym above but I blocked it out, I was able to concentrate on my massage and peaceful music in my room.

Even though my doctors with multiple years of experience told me there was no danger they are concerned about spreading my cancer via massage, something that can't happen. My wife has been getting service but after this episode she is moving on to a different provider. Shame since she enjoyed this place. Since Enso responded, I'll update my response. Whatever training they are receiving is sub-par and out of date. All medical research in the area of massage therapy for cancer patients, no matter the stage, show no health risk to the patient. The only possible issue is soreness or tenderness in the area of the tumor, which can be avoided. When I asked my doctor about it he was in full support. Enso initially told me a verbal from my doctor was okay, but seems to have changed their mind. They somehow "lost" my initial medical information (hmm, possible HIPPA issue maybe) and required I fill everything out again. This is when they refused, even though I answered the questionnaire exactly the same. As for "conflicting opinions and controversy", not within the real (i.e. oncologist) community. Now if a massage therapist thinks they understand how cancer works and spreads, more-so then a professional in this area they really should go to some of the medical universities and pass along their knowledge. I am sure it will be well received. So as a warning, not only are they not up to date on their training, they are careless with medical records.

Dr. Lane examined me and started a treatment process that allowed me to have minimal discomfort while sleeping.
