I now have developed a mistrust for seeking therapy with other agencies. They were in a hurry to place me on medication while not assisting me in addressing other barriers of life I was experiencing at the time- housing and food insecurity. I was not informed that there was an onsite Social Worker. She wasn't very helpful with these either. When I decided to depart the Social Worker said she would attempt to link me with another therapist- it never happened! The one good thing was they provided transportation for clients. Needless to say I still don't have a new therapist yet and still dealing with untreated depression and anxiety.

Staff frequently do not answer the phone, making it very difficult to communicate with my daughter or obtain basic updates. I have also had difficulty receiving consistent information about her treatment and progress. As a parent, I believe families should be kept informed about the care their child is receiving. I was also told that individual therapy is not being provided, which is very concerning given the purpose of her placement. There also appear to be frequent fights among the residents, raising serious concerns about safety and supervision. Another major concern is that the facility appears to be consistently short-staffed. This makes me question whether there are adequate personnel available to properly supervise the residents and provide the level of care they need. I am especially concerned that the facility is attempting to release my daughter before she can be admitted to the residential treatment facility that has already accepted her. Her residential placement is already in place, but the bed will not be available for another four days. Rather than waiting those four days for the appropriate placement to become available, the facility is refusing to keep her until the bed opens. I do not understand why she would be discharged without a safe and appropriate transition to the residential program that has already been arranged. Releasing her before that placement is available could leave her without the level of care and supervision that she needs during this transition. As her parent, I am extremely concerned about her safety, continuity of treatment, and the lack of communication from the facility. I am asking that these concerns be taken seriously and that the facility provide a clear explanation of the proposed discharge plan, why they are unwilling to wait for the already-arranged residential placement, and what safeguards will be in place if they proceed with discharge before that placement is available.

I'd been seeing Larisha Jeter APRN since around August of 2025. Since that time, I had received not…read moreone bill. Instead, I get an angry telephone call in which the provider stated, "WHERE IS MY MONEY"??. I asked if she had billed my insurance and after calling my insurance company, I then verified that she hadn't even billed my insurance. Then, I had an appointment, and she cancelled it without my knowledge or of informing me that she was cancelling it. I sent her a message to ask about the appointment and she stated, "I cancelled your appointment because you have an unpaid balance of $xxx.xx." This message was sent on August 10th of this year. On August 14th of this year, I was sent a letter in the mail letting me know she was dropping me from the practice for not keeping appointments (that she cancelled....) and an unpaid balance. She gave me four days to pay her in full and cancelled my appointment. She stated she sent prescriptions to the pharmacy so I wouldn't go without until I found a new provider but she left out certain medications. She seems great at first until you realize she's only in it for money. I recommend staying away from Asaya Healthcare entirely.

I was diagnosed with cancer 1.5 years ago and she has been very supportive and nurturing during this time. She takes extra precaution to wipe everything down with disinfectant before I come in, and checks on me regularly about scan and test results. I appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile. When a certain need arises, she fits me into her busy schedule. I am seeing her regularly right now, and I will continue to see her as long as I need her support.

I have been trying to get medical records for my child for MONTHS and have been ignored and given the runaround to the point I had to get an attorney! Front desk never answers the phone nor checks vmails and the one time the phone was answered and I asked my questions I was told they were currently in an AUDIT and that's why everything is so hectic so I'm guessing their billers don't know what they're doing so their people aren't getting paid or they're frauds and when I was transferred to the billing manager for records she was the RUDEST nastiest and most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with to the point I can't believe she's allowed to stay employed there! I could never be the one in charge because I would be ASHAMED to be associated with a person like that, let alone allow them to make me look bad with how they treat clients. This "business" also has no online presence regarding paperwork filing or record keeping and everything is in manilla folders as if it's 1998 so I imagine that's why I can't get my records because they're probably in a moldy basement piled up to the ceiling in a stack from the 80s. The staff was very warm and welcoming. My sessions have been very helpful and are helping me make necessary adjustments in my life. 2 thumbs up!
