Everything was great I mean for years. She treated my severe anxieties and PTSD and depression. The medication was working. I was on a similar amount from another doctor years ago, ive been taking anxiety medication for about 17 years. Well recently because LA'risha didnt get my messages, where I sent her my card to make a payment and then sent her a message with my medicaid ID. She always responded through texts so I thought nothing of it. She sent me a letter literally 4 days before my medication was due, the letter was her canceling everything from appointments to my medication because I didnt pay for one visit. This was after I sent my venmo card for payment and my medicaid ID. She said she never got any messages and that she was dropping me. To me this is malpractice and it should be illegal to do to someone who has been on these meds for a very long time and was just going to drop me. I called her to ask if I could make a payment that day whatever she wanted I asked her to please not drop me and she was very rude and did not care. I was lucky she sent one month of meds. She knows everything im going through my wife is in hospice and has serious issues at times ive almost lost her several times.. I need help I need medication and this doctor just literally left me to basically rot because I was seen once for "free". Again I offered to make it right anyway I could and she didnt care. I ask for any recommendations for other doctors for help and she said nothing. Terrible person, I honestly can't believe she did this to me. She deserves to lose her license for the way she handled the situation.

I was diagnosed with cancer 1.5 years ago and she has been very supportive and nurturing during this time. She takes extra precaution to wipe everything down with disinfectant before I come in, and checks on me regularly about scan and test results. I appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile. When a certain need arises, she fits me into her busy schedule. I am seeing her regularly right now, and I will continue to see her as long as I need her support.

I have been trying to get medical records for my child for MONTHS and have been ignored and given the runaround to the point I had to get an attorney! Front desk never answers the phone nor checks vmails and the one time the phone was answered and I asked my questions I was told they were currently in an AUDIT and that's why everything is so hectic so I'm guessing their billers don't know what they're doing so their people aren't getting paid or they're frauds and when I was transferred to the billing manager for records she was the RUDEST nastiest and most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with to the point I can't believe she's allowed to stay employed there! I could never be the one in charge because I would be ASHAMED to be associated with a person like that, let alone allow them to make me look bad with how they treat clients. This "business" also has no online presence regarding paperwork filing or record keeping and everything is in manilla folders as if it's 1998 so I imagine that's why I can't get my records because they're probably in a moldy basement piled up to the ceiling in a stack from the 80s. This is supposed to be a mental health facility but all this company does is stress you out even more than before you got there. If I could give negative stars I'd give -10.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. My sessions have been very helpful and are helping me make necessary adjustments in my life. 2 thumbs up!
