Nurses were great. Their billing/payment center sucks big time! They will rebill and rebill after you've paid. They have no records of your credit card. They have no records showing that you prepaid to get the discount. They are polite enough on phone but are into harrassing. read more

Used to love it here but in the last year things have gone terrible bad and I would say it is down right dangerous. For the first 5 years things were great but over the last 6 months a was sent a nurse who hurt me by Administering the meds wrong, no one returns calls from the office and now they are telling me 3 months after I updated them about an insurance change that they aren't in network, they never notified me to make arrangements and they just aren't going to show up today. Worst of all they are telling me it's my responsibility to pay when they messed up. The incompetence out weighs the good. read more

This Compounding and medical Pharmacy is amazing they work around a patients (feeling) good times of the day to reach them. I've not once been treated rudely by any department. From the nutritionist the nurses the supply department they really do try to make sure a pt has everything they need and they also have never bothered me about pre authorizations if they encounter an issue they do everything in their power to deal with it understanding how hard it is for someone who is chronically ill to deal with the numerous phone calls and being put on hold. They send blood results straight to both my primary and my GI guy then call me and tell me any news and make sure I have no questions. The best part about NE Lifecare has to be their guys who deliver everything to me. They carry it in make sure each item is a weight I can handle and stick around to make sure I can get the boxes out of the house especially if I'm home alone. The men are so so kind they remember little things like my cats and are gentle and try to not scare them. If I have any issue I can tell them and they relay it and it's fixed 9 times out of ten the very next day. I also have to deal with another department for a tube in my stomach I've had the same man since we started working together and my health journey took off he calls once a month is kind sympathizes without the pitying voice and the supply I need ends up on my door the next day. The nurses have never been frustrated on weekends if I needed them and also when my healthcare changed and I was Denied the TPN they fought for me again but was also willing to take what I could afford to pay them because no one should be denied life saving treatment because a non Doctor/nurse made a rule. Also they caught my doctors office, the hospital and my insurance when I had a doctor place a port wrong causing me to have a mini stroke and Seizure time activity. They truly saved my life just by taking the time to know me and realizing something was majorly wrong. I am so grateful to have found this company for my compounding and IV medications. I believe they work throughout the New England area but if something of this magnitude where special meds need to be made specifically for a PT they are the best and wort looking up and asking about. read more
