I did a regular driving lesson with them right before my drivers test and I also did a highway lesson. I had Corrie as an instructor both times and truly cannot explain how much I loved her. She made me feel super comfortable behind the wheel and got my confidence up before my drivers exam the next day. She also took me on the highway and boosted my confidence so much. I don't understand why someone who works with customers would speak to people that way, especially when they're coming in to spend their money. She questioned me about ringing the doorbell so many times, but the door didn't seem easy to handle it Her attitude was hostile and completely unnecessary. This is probably one of the first negative reviews I've ever had to leave, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I'm treated disrespectfully. The prices aren't affordable either, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Even the other ladies who walked in with me noticed how she was speaking to me. When I finally sat down, she rudely told another lady, "She can help you," instead of communicating respectfully. If this had been the old me, I would have made a whole scene, but I chose to walk away. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.
