Not only was I surprised to find that bottle, but he introduced me to my NOW favorite bottle of wine. He listens to the nuances in your descriptions and selects a bottle just for you...not his pocket or taste...just for you! I returned to the store with it the next day (too late by the time I had opened it on the day of purchase) and even though I had my proof for my bank that I had purchased the item there they refuse to exchange it or refund money I actually just wanted an exchange. The gentleman that I spoke to you was very abrupt and refuse to give me any preparations for the poor product that they sold me I left it there and walked out. I have been a client there for many years although I will say that once the original owner that owned it many years ago sold out to the new owners it the quality of the establishment and service have plummeted.
