Miss Janke was never engaged I'm the process. Never even calls a client back. I was told on a 1 800 number by someone with Farmers that a claim that went against me was denied. But it turned out it wasn't. A few days ago my insurance doubled. No one including that bitch told me. The automatic withdrawal made me overdrawn in my bank account. Miss Janke never returned my call. Instead, she called the police on me. I made no threat to her . I plan on suing her and the company. As my agent she beats responsibility. This is shameful behavior. She could had turned me over to another agent in her office or the claims department at the company. But she calls the police. There's not enough cancer that I hope you get!
