Dr Bobo is an amazing OB! He took care of me with my stillborn and 1 year later he delivered my perfectly healthy baby boy.

Dr. gates, Kelli and Dr. Bobo are wonderful! Gates delivered my daughter and did such a wonderful job. He's such a kind, gentle person.

I went here during my pregnancy and loved it. The staff were so nice and really took an interest in me. They were very personal and remember little things I had mentioned during my last visits like my dogs name, what theme I was doing for the nursery, and what name is picked out. They also included my husband in on everything. They would point things out on ultra sounds and let him hold the heart monitor to listen to our babies heart beat. I absolutely loved it read more

Rude receptionist when I called about an insurance problem. Sarcastic and condescending because I asked about paying a $128 bill for lab tests that I did not know I would have to pay out of pocket. read more

The staff is rude and do not understand the concept of "sense of urgency. It took me almost a month to find out that none of the doctors at the practice would accept me as a new patient even though they all claim to be accepting new patients according to my insurance and other websites. Even if I did get accepted by one of the doctors, I wouldn't want to have to deal with the rude staff. Good luck if you plan on using this facility and have mediocre insurance. read more

I've been a patient at New Horizons for many years. Terry Twanhafel is my care provider and she is a treasure. She is professional, kind and extremely perceptive. The staff is friendly and accommodating. read more

During this visit, he did not speak to me, or explain the process, or alert me of what he was doing before or during the procedure. Previous experiences I've had with other doctors, they would forewarn me before doing anything to my bits. Not Dr Bishop. He just started shoving, stabbing and scraping without so much as a single word. I felt like a cadaver. My feelings nor my existence as a human being seemed to matter. It was truly a nightmare. If you want a doctor who communicates, cares, and is gentle; Dr Bishop is not for you.

He used dirty tools while doing a surgery on me and when I called concerned about my health because of the amount of pain I was in and how much blood I was loosing he didn't remember anything about my surgery. He also admitted while laughing that he had covid the day of my surgery and never told me. He should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere on anyone. He is negligent and frankly showed no empathy. While I was in the ER my nurses called him to check on me, but he was too busy to come in. I was admitted for 5 days. I will never go to a clinic he works in again and I caution anyone that is thinking about going to DON BISHOP, for your own sake, do not let him touch you!

It was requested that I bend my knee and when I tried to do this there were a lot of pain involved in making the movements. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.

It's that easy. The staff explained all my billing and insurance options and took care of scheduling my surgery and hospital stay. Dr. Stokes sat down with me and explained things thoroughly. At times, he even drew diagrams to help me understand. I went to Stoke's 6 years ago and had a similar satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stokes.

Probably the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. The office number phone system makes it…read moreimpossible to speak with anyone, the office staff never returns calls, and their billing is so difficult even the staff cannot calculate a co-pay. If you can get past all that and actually see Dr. Stokes, he's a nice guy but spends about 3mins total with every patient and doesn't communicate follow-ups sufficiently to have the staff order proper tests or schedule future appointments. No way I would ever recommend anyone go to Stokes Urology--just drive to St. Louis or Nashville.
