No longer in business but was by far the best Chinese restaurant in the State. David Tsing has moved to San Francisco after leaving Devil's lake he bought the fortune cookie in Minot then out to Kali I only wish he'd come back to Devil Lake so I could have another great Chinese meak read more

The place has been closed for years. The Buffet House located in Downtown Devils Lake is excellent.
