Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

If I could give this guy a negative 5 stars i would. Let me start by saying i was referred to him from a friend so i thought i could trust he would be a good person to work with. I took my Lexus to him after a a really bad hit and run accident. It took him over a month to fix my car!!!! It should have NEVER taken that long. When i went to pick my car up one of my lights was still not fixed and he told me to bring it back in a week and he could fix it. Are you serious? You had my car for a month i pick it up and its still not done, then you want me to bring it back again ? horrible service. Anyways even though the light was not fixed my car was still looking very nice and i will say he did a good job on the body work. So i gave him the benefit of the doubt. A month later my mom needed her car fixed so i recommended her to him even after he i was not completely satisfied. My mom was going out of town and her car just needed a couple things done that would be about a 3 day job. My mom was gone for 2 weeks and when she came back she called in and jess had told her that its not done yet. My mom was furious. So when she went to see her car all he had done was order the parts and take some parts off of her car it had not been touched. Jess told her that they would have her car ready the next day at 10am which means he would have to rush the job to get it done. She shows up the next day to get her car at 10am and she sat there for over 30 min just waiting for her car. Finally when her car is brought to the front Izzy is still trying to put pieces in her car right in front of her face. My mom went out to look at her car and the front of her hood was completely unaligned and she could tell he just rushed the job. She told him to please hurry asking him why has he had her car for 2 weeks and nothing has got done and he responds "What the fu** do you want me to do your rushing me." Are you kidding me? How are you going to cuss at your customer, a women at that, who has given you the business and your blaming her for something that you have done. He cussed at her about 3 times and says "well bring it back when you have some fu**** time and ill fix it" He is very unprofessional and i will NEVER recommend anyone to him. Even though he may have done good body work for some people it doesn't matter. There are a bunch of body shops in LA that can do just as good and are professional and know how to treat customers. If this review can same some one from going to work with this shady guy then i am happy to write this long review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I will make sure everyone i know never goes here. P.S. When i picked up my car from him he did not even give me a print out of what he did to my car which is my fault for not asking but come on ! I used to have vinyl stickers of my companies name on the side of my truck for magazine shoots and shows that I do. I had a person (who will be nameless) who swore to me that he could get them off for a great price. The guy used WD-40 and razor blades to take them off and scratched my doors down to the metal. He mysteriously disappeared and my car doors were ruined. Then to the rescue came Betsy at Image Auto, who not only made my doors look brand new, but gave me a GREAT price, a car to use while they fixed the damages, and also completely detailed my truck while giving me "AWESOME" customer service. When I went to pick it up they were completely friendly and gave me a jar of coco almonds! Who does that? LoL. They are awesome and they are actually, at this moment, fixing my grill that some hooligan ripped off of my truck. Image Auto was more than just helpful... they were professional, affordable, and extremely courteous as I was devastated by a hit-and-run to my Toyota Tacoma. They worked with Toyota and Progressive to order original and top of the line parts to repair my truck. The body work and paint job was as good as when the truck came off of the manufacturing line. The owner, Izzy, was available to answer all of my questions and concerns. In the end, they repaired my truck and sent me home with a much better Tacoma then I had before the accident. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with New Image. My car looks great, and if I tell you how much money they saved me, compared to the 3 other estimates I got, you wouldn't believe me. One reason I selected them is because when I walk my dogs past them (so lucky they're in my neighborhood!) there are always high end cars in their lot. His rate was affordable and zero-BS. The repair was done in less than two hours. Got exactly what I paid for. I don't know much about cars or the details of body shop work to speak on much else. But I do know that when a man can tough it out 40 years in the same spot doing the same work, it absolutely means something.

Right off the bat, I was greeted by Ariana who gives me updates throughout the repair process. Karo and Jose also assisted me to go through the insurance claim as well and giving me updates about parts availability. The technicians I met were really nice and accommodating. With so many companies downsizing their staffs and customer service getting worse and worse, this place is a gem. I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!
