I called when I arrived and the rudest person answered the phone and was so nasty. " I am here alone, I won't bring it out to your car. Rob isn't here!". i was hung up on. I came in and picked up the plaque. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I just left. i will never use this place again nor recommend this establishment to anyone. such a shame that one can't get a simple plaque made and be treated kindly. It's just extremely disheartening to pay for a product that is wrong and then be treated as if I am the one who did something wrong when I pointed out the mistake each time. After the final time. I didn't even bother. I was like, what is even the point? It was like you don't even care.
