Within 5 minutes Karl pleasantly informed me that it would probably be possible for him to have our order ready in time, providing they had the supplies necessary in the store. Less than an hour later, everything was set to have the order processed in time for our banquet. Karl was so kind and understanding, and so quick in responding to our dilemma! This kind of customer service is hard to find these days! We have used their service in the past and have had great results with the products. I highly recommend this business!!!! They had written down the information and it was clear on the order form. ( He was wonderful to work with)Rob called when it was ready and said the the would bring it out to my car so the tin would have to pay for parking, very kind of him to offer after the third time I had to come in to have plaque remade due to their errors. I called when I arrived and the rudest person answered the phone and was so nasty. " I am here alone, I won't bring it out to your car. Rob isn't here!". i was hung up on. I came in and picked up the plaque. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I just left. i will never use this place again nor recommend this establishment to anyone. such a shame that one can't get a simple plaque made and be treated kindly. It's just extremely disheartening to pay for a product that is wrong and then be treated as if I am the one who did something wrong when I pointed out the mistake each time. After the final time. I didn't even bother. I was like, what is even the point? It was like you don't even care.
