I actually wrote a review for New Life Sturgis years ago, but I felt compelled to update it - because the impact of this church on my life has only grown stronger. More than 22 years ago, I walked into New Life at a time when I was deeply struggling with depression and a heaviness that felt like oppression gripping my life. Through the power of God that is truly present in this place, and by learning how to pray and stand on God's word, everything changed for me. The preaching has always been straight from the Bible - truth - filled, life - giving, and practical. The worship is powerful and ushered in with sincerity, and the people have always welcomed me like family, and as if I had always belonged. Now, with a renewed vision and mission, I am learning even more about what it means to live out my faith. New life exists to bring new life to our community by building Christ-centered families-and they truly live that out. I am learning what it looks like to place Jesus Christ at the center of everything we do, how investing in families, marriages, and future generations honors God, and how serving our city with purpose and joy builds real community. This church continues to equip me to discover and live out my God-given calling. I can honestly say New Life Sturgis didn't just change my life once-it continues to shape it. I no longer attend this church for reasons I won't go into here on Yelp. The most important thing to know is that the church is part of the United Pentecostal Church International. Please research that organization and then decide for yourself if this is the place for you. read more

Wonderful people! The truth is preached and the Holy Ghost is moving in this church! Pastor and his wife are amazing.
