This guy is terrific. John is patient, explaines things as needed. He installed an antenna for us which would be just enought for most folks. But, we like recording our favorite shows which air later at night; that way, we can watch them when we want to. This took some doing, as just doing the wifi connection is quite simple, but installing the DVR recorder takes quite a bit of work setting up and programming. John spent quite a bit of time going over all the things we needed to know so that we could do what we wanted to do. I highly recommend John for your TV needs. read more

You won't find a more hard-working, earnest, problem solver than John Racette, the New Mexico Satellite Man. I am new to the state, and upon buying my condo, I found out that there were 0 - 1 bars on my cell phone! So I did a bit of research, and found out about a Wilson We Boost 4GX Cell Phone Antenna. Being that my work is all done over the internet and cell phone, this was absolutely critical for me to try. No cell service, no business, no money! So I ordered it, but who could possibly figure this out and install it? While most of his business is in helping customers gain digital media connectivity, he had done a few cell phone antennas, and was game to try. We did a lot of emails before I made an appointment. He showed up on time, was cheerful and aware of the issue. I've never seen anyone so enthusiastic, and hard working. Up and down the stairs, up and down the ladder, to the top of the roof, drill in hand, and worse --it was windy! He tried the antennas and cables in and on various parts of the house, never tiring (or at least not complaining) as he tried to find the optimal direction. Success! John provided professional and knowledgeable services yesterday when he installed an external antenna to my roof. Although he is based in Albuquerque, he provides service in Santa Fe too. John efficiently installed the antenna and hooked it up to my two TVs. I have used rabbit ears for years and they were sufficient, but the external antenna is a great improvement because I now clearly receive more than 60 channels.
