This is a dispo we go to on occasion (and love) and recently there has been an overpowering pungent odor. Not sure where it's coming from but it's definitely not weed. Great staff in store but I can't go anymore because the smell makes me dry heave. The dispo is great and we love it, but the smell is truly unbearable. This has been my go-to dispo for years, selection is phenomenal (flower, oil, edibles, concentrates, glass, batteries, papers, you name it) and very reasonably priced, plus they offer student discounts among others, and have a loyalty punch card system for rewards. They have the nicest budtenders, always happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. In a city with a dispensary on every block, I would go out of my way to shop at this one. read more

Went in here Saturday 12/20/2025 with my boyfriend who is a veteran, we've been 1 time before and it was fine. We stopped in while we were out running errands, finally just sat down to indulge and something didn't look right so I weighed it. The 1 gram we got is 0.42 and the 3.5 grams we got is 1.27 grams.. I even commented in the store how tiny the bottle was. I immediately just called and the woman on the phone was nice and said their manager would be in Monday. I left my contact info and will be following up. We are not touching it. I took pics of it on the scale as well. I know they can't take it and put it back on the shelf but I expect a refund this is UNACCEPTABLE! The flower with the correct weight is $30 worth and my boyfriend got a $20 cart so we spent $50 even for literally almost nothing. The bud tender who helped us was not knowledgeable on the flower we were asking about and even said she only works weekends so she's not sure. We asked for a receipt and were told that they don't "have receipt paper" immediately that rubbed us the wrong way! We won't shop here again. I hope they make it right. I will edit this review on Monday when I speak with the manager as to what the outcome is. UPDATE: The manager Cory called me back yesterday Monday afternoon and was very kind and confirmed we were overcharged and underweighed he offered us to bring the flower back in and get the correct weight as well as a "golden ticket" that he would give us that is 30 percent off to be used in the future. My boyfriend went in after work yesterday about 6 ish and the budtender that helped him was very hostile and rude. She tried to say we were wrong and wanted to reweigh the original flower that was not correct from Saturday, another budtender even stepped in and corrected her and said no this has already been approved by Cory, he took our info down and said he would let the other staff know. They did give him the correct weight but not without it being a issue and trying to humiliate him first. I just called to follow up with Cory and let him know what happened, he said that his employee said it was wrong or overweight, something along those lines. They didn't even offer the golden ticket, at this point it is far beyond the flower. It is the principle, the way we were treated and then questioned after a manager already confirmed and acknowledged the issue is not okay at all! It isn't even about the money, we just wanted what we paid for to begin with. I don't know what is going on with this place but something is up and definitely weird and gives scammy vibes all around. I would be VERY VERY VERY CAUTIOUS if you choose to shop here, I would have it weighed in front of you and then go home and immediately weigh it yourself if you choose to shop here, which you shouldn't have to do in the first place. We are good people with good character we are not lying, I am not sure what else to say we came home Saturday evening and immediately weighed it after running errands, If I could post those pictures here in this review I would. We will not step foot back in this dispensary. I thanked Cory for his kindness and let him know that there needs to be a basic training or meeting etc. with the staff to learn how to interact with customers and treat them with kindness, It costs nothing to be kind. The hostile attitudes and the humiliation we experienced leads me to believe this is a bigger and deeper issue and they just got caught up this time! I would give zero stars if I could. I used to come here about twice a week and it was my favorite dispo but int the last week two different people that work here have taken issue with my ID as well as my girlfriends. We both have LEGAL,VALID,GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDs. They refused my girlfriend service the first time and tried to decline mine a second time today. Very clearly there is an issue with their machine as these are real IDs but when we tried to speak to the workers they were both extremely condescending and honestly just rude about the situation. It's a drag because I have really enjoyed going to new millenium but there isn't anyway I'm going to start carrying my passport around to accommodate one broken ID machine that people are going to be rude to me about. There are a lot of dispos in Eugene that are happy to take my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. I reccomend that new millennium at least attempt to reset their machines before taking such a strong stance that is wrong. read more

This shop employs the friendliest staff and maintains the most comfortable feel of all the places I've been in the area. I also love how quick and easy it is to pop in to pick up an online order. I've never had to wait and there's never been a mistake. It's too much to explain quickly, but you can tell this place is operated by genuinely good people and not just some capitalist zombies like way too many other places clearly Are. This place is the closest thing for me to just going over to your friend's house like how it used to be. Top tier location, too. Right by 3 of the 4 best grocery stores in Eugene, and you can park right in front of the door. No shop that I'm aware of provides quicker or more friendly service. Oh one other thing to remember is that this shop is right behind 7-11, which has a free ATM for many cardholders. This is yet another major factor on the plus side most other shops simply cannot compete with! read more

I come here always, and the prices are great, BUT since Covid they only allow 1 person in the back, which is understandable, but I have noticed that they aren't asking for the 1 person to come in the back! They are helping ONE person at the window, which is great, but no one in the back!?! WHY!?!? Ask one person to come in the back, and help one person at the window! That will limit the line time!
