I went there with a defect amplifier, seeking advice, trusting them fully as they present themself as specialists. It took weeks before I got a first advice (that there was a major outage, not worth repairing it), then weeks to get it back, unrepaired. They tried hard to convince me that it was not worth repairing at all, not worth contacting the manufacturer for a claim, and tried to sell me an new amplifier, much more this and much more that, of course.
Then I went to the dedicated SAV of the brand, who 1) told me that the repair cost was only one third of the price that New Music has adverted me, and 2) that my device was part of a repair program and that they will support all repair costs !!!
Conclusion: don't hesitate to go there if you want buy nice, bright, trendy and very expensive hi-fi material. But if you want neutral advice: keep away ! read more
