Sarah and Amanda are absolutely amazing! They came by to do an initial quote, one of the o my through Yelp that offered to come see the home before pricing out a deep clean. After speaking with them and taking them through the house and my expectations, which I know are a little higher than most, their initial price was so reasonable I asked when then would be able to start... they said immediately! They went to work right away and I was able to continue on with my day and run some errands without a worry about the quality of work being performed - these poor ladies, bad manners on my part, were sweating when I had returned because I had the HVAC off due to the crazy temperature swings we have been having lately, needless to say the AC went on as quickly as it could so they could work comfortably. They treated my home and my reasoning for having the deep clean with such attention and care that it's hard to describe just how impressed I was with their services. Not only did they start the same day, but they hardly even took time to eat lunch and when they did they asked if was okay to do so - that was mind blowing of how respectful they are of the time and money being spent by their clients. They weren't able to finish all in one day and were promptly here the following day with excellent communication letting me know when they would arrive and an estimated time they would be done. I was so impressed by their work ethic and performance that I've also hired them to come back this weekend to organize our pantry! If there was a way to select a fairing higher than 5 Stars I would do so for this team and their newly formed business. Seeing two friends decide to go into business together and have a good time while they were doing it solidified that I made the right decision by choosing New Paradigm Cleaning Services and I will happily be referring anyone I know that is looking for any sort of cleaning services. This is also very important as we are two working professionals who work from home and it makes it easier to relax in the beings knowing that we have a clean home and they will be keeping it kept up on a bi-weekly basis for us at a very fair price!
