For one, mostly all of the nurses just ignore the patients needs & are too busy chatting amongst each other. One of the newest nurses Liz is a total stuck up bitch. She acts like she owns the entire hospital & is always on her high hors. I personally witnessed her laughing at a patient in need. Recently I was in crisis and the er wanted to send me hear, and they outright refused me. Yes, this is totally true, they refused to admit me. This "facility" is just plain horrible & if you're looking for any type of treatment, it would be wise to avoid this place at all cost. BEWARE!!!

Also, the answer to everything completely depends on who you ask. Procedures and protocols differ per phone call and visit. My son literally was in the exact same clothes for 12 straight days. One person says yes to a change of clothes another says no. I mean common sense covid issue....u can wash clothes. I do not get the feeling that they generally care about the well being of the patient....despite the fact that this seems to be one of the less busy inpatient facilities out of the many I have seen. I was court ordered to get an assessment and just found him by looking for the closest CareSource providers in my area, and I got lucky. I didn't want to go to counseling and only went because I had to, but I ended up seeing how I was doing harm to myself and my family after a few sessions with Paul. I never felt pushed by him. He just listened and told me what he was hearing and provided some alternatives that would work better for me. Now I get it, and life is so much easier. Thanks to paul's guidance.

Since they were on the second floor and I had a broken ankle they decided that they would make special accommodations to meet at a different location, I called them two times to verify where we were to meet, 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment they called and said they were sorry and they no longer wanted to make special accommodations to meet with us. It was their idea for us to meet at a different location, how do you tell an individual that you will make special accommodations for them because of their current physical needs and then call 15 minutes before the appointment and say I change my mind, I don't want to do what I said I would do?
