He told me that I would have to sign an agreement with his company stating that I would be dealing with his company exclusively to find this property. I told him that I will not do so because I've had agents from other companies NOT work diligently in finding me what I need, and I don't want to limit my options. I told him the sales commission will go to whoever finds me a suitable property FIRST, whether it's someone from his company or a different company. He didn't like the fact that I challenged his company's double standards in that I had to put ALL my faith in his company, but no faith was given to me that his company would find a suitable property for me in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, for some odd reason, Keith kept saying he is not a residential agent. When I asked him why he kept saying that, even though I made it clear several times that I was looking for commercial property, he told me that I should take my business elsewhere. First off final price came in $300 under bid, we had all decking replaced new Owen's Corning shingles, ice shield, vapor barrier, vent covers and flashing, this was a complete tear off and replacement. This was a stressful situation for us as it's our home and we want it done right we had a total of 4 bids before I committed to a contractor, this is a professional company. Showed up with 9 guys, and 2 lift trailers and got right to work at 7am, we were concerned about them getting done in one day but he showed up with the manpower to get it done. By 3 pm old roof was torn off and new roof on just had to finish flashing and tidy up the yard. I think very highly of this company, they know they are dealing with stressed out customers worrying about the large expense of a new roof. Again bid came in slightly below initial bid but since there was some plywood and other materials left over cost was slightly less, he could have charged me I probably would have never noticed. Chris is a honest man does professional work and understands your stressing about a major expense on your home. After cleanup there were no signs of them ever being on my property. Highly recommend.
