He took the time to listen to my "plan", take measurements and look at all angles. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. I paid this contractor more than $30,000 and did not receive the work I paid for. After exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, I filed a lawsuit. The court ruled in my favor and ordered repayment. Despite that judgment, the court-ordered payments have not been made. I never imagined I'd have to sue someone just to recover money for work that wasn't completed, but that's where this ended up. Excellent painters and incredibly professional service! Michael responded promptly and clearly communicated a plan for getting my front steps and patio repaired and repainted. He takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. My front steps were in bad shape-- it had been a decade since they were last repaired and the paint was peeling and cracked. Michael and his team took the time to repair all the cracks in the cement and carefully power washed the steps and porch. After several days of work Michael and his team made my steps look brand new! Mike came in and demo'd a half wall and put up a floor to ceiling wall in a loft area. He removed..SO...MUCH...WALLPAPER then patched the walls and painted everything beautifully. He was patient with us and willing to talk through any questions we had. Mike put in many, many, many hours to get the job done on time. Would give zero stars if I could. Owner is completely unprofessional. Tried to get an estimate to get some flooring work done. To set up the appointment owner called or text at odd times either super early or super late in the evening. After finally setting up the consultation, he shows up and gives some basic information on the project but fails to mention anything significant such as job minimums, or timeframes. After consultation he says he will get back to be by the end of the day and I get no response for over 2 weeks even after reaching out to him. Finally able to get him on the phone and he says he won't do the job. Zero communication skills. I can't speak to his work quality but if it's anything like his communication skills I would avoid this company like the plague. read more
