It's great having seating up & down stairs, but a lot of the time the upstairs is closed to customers. If you order something that needs making, they will bring your meal to you once it's ready. The two stars is only for the kind waiters at the tills.. It wasn't their fault that the place clearly doesn't have its business running properly.
