Later on, they called to make sure that I had everything up and running and asked if I had questions. The following week they called to check-in again, and I was so appreciative. I noticed a super minor thing a week later, and they offered to have one of their very courteous workers come out to address it within an HOUR. We paid a fair/good price, and my biggest concern was not ending up with buyers remorse, and so far I have not. The only irony of the situation is now I need emergency surgery and can't use my hot tub for 6 weeks, but I know I will enjoy it after that! We love our hot tub and I will recommend Wayne and Debby (and all their FRIENDLY staff) to everyone I know. We would absolutely shop here again without hesitation. On 4/18 I gave him a check of $232.74 for getting my pool scrubbed, shocked and back to normal. I went out of town and returned a week later to find my pool in the condition of the above photo.
