I came across Annie's name and website when I was going through a pivotal moment in my life. Annie was my first life coach, and although I had no idea what to expect I knew the experience would be different. As an educator with several years of experience, and as a graduate student, I sought out New York Life Coaching (NYLC) to help me to clarify my future life goals and to explore any barriers to achieving those goals. Comparing my first visit to now, I can say that I have clarity about my goals and can continue to work on the barriers that sometimes get in my way. Annie Lin is a remarkable woman and I undoubtedly would recommend her services to anyone, even my closest friends. I've tried different types of therapy over the last few years, none of which proved successful. It is incredible difficult to find a person who I can connect with quickly (I have no patience), to confide in, and trust she/he has my best interest at heart. Annie's sessions combines talk therapy, along with action oriented therapy, which was the key for me. Her inclusion of meditation practices before the start of each session was my favorite part.
