I honestly was holding out because I've had the same stylist for 15 years so going to someone new was scary for me. I finally booked a consultation with Lori and after meeting with her, I felt completely comfortable and booked the service. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! Lowlights, highlights, haircut and she even put my tape-in extensions in for me. This is the first time I've left a salon and didn't have to go home and restyle my hair. Worst pedicure EVER! My pedicure included a salt scrub of my legs, foot mask (extra charge), a…read moreparaffin treatment (extra charge), and I just needed one nail to be fixed because it had chipped. When she "fixed" my nail the gel was not properly dried so it left very prominent lines which I had to point out to her, she was going to let me walk out without fixing it. She most likely didn't notice because she was on her phone the whole time. I went in to fix that nail to begin with. There was no scrubbing of my heals or the balls of my feet. The most shocking part of this experience was when she told me the total.... I paid the most for the worst pedicure ever... $64 All of the products that were used I could have purchased at the local Walmart and could have saved money and had a better pedicure at home.

I was lucky to come across this place. To be honest if I had not find it I was ready to go home take some clippers to my head, that's how desperate I was. The ladies were friendly and she skills didn't seem to be lacking, but she didn't seem to understand exactly what I was wanting. At this point though I was honestly glad to not be completely bald and to not look like Ray Charles had cut it. I have enjoyed the cut, though not sure that I would go back as I want to insure I get what I want despite the fact that "it's just hair it grows back." (Grandma's old adage not what I was told by the beautician.)
