I apologized for being that way and then withdrew into myself, I didn't want to offend or bother anyone further. As I was l leaving, he grunted rudely and disdainfully at me, " Tshussiee.." Sven helped me a while back with a major hair tragedy, I was so thankful to him.. and I still am today, He is an amazing stylist. I always asked for the same thing and never was the cut/color consistent. I had to go back to have haircuts corrected. Files aren't kept on customers so there's not a running record of what is being done to your hair, the employees don't remember what they did the time before, and, in the case of the owner that did my hair, she talks too much to hear what you're saying. I tried another stylist there with equally bad results. My advice is save your time, money, and save yourself a bad haircut.
