This is not a handicap friendly place. Get here early and during the week to avoid the lines. I couldn't imagine how stressful it could be on the weekend going through the store. When you are in the store you must follow the line through the entire building there are a few place you can just move to the end. If you collect a certain ornament this would be a place to get it. But I don't think I would go back after my visit. Many other stores in the city sell this brand of ornaments with no lines of people.
