They stole $525.00 from me! Promised verbally to pay me the money and now are ignoring my calls and emails. Awful.

As i arrived the ladies were very personable and made me feel at home. My appointment was with Ms. Paulette. Being my first time i show pictures of myself explaining my desired look. I was very specific that i was there for filler in my chin to longate it. I explained that i did not want filler in my cheeks or near my cheeks for it made my face to full. After about a 30 min. consultion i was sure we were on the same page. After my filler i gave it 6 days and called to ask what to do??????? The filler was in my CHEEKS none in my chin. Witch in return gave me jowels and aged me 10 years. The male Doctor as me to come in. After seeing me he explained that most of the older more mature women go to Ms. Paulette for she has a heavy hand. He push down on my face trying to move the filler down only making it worse. I ask after spending $1200.00 what were they going to do about it. He said we will wait 6 more days then look at it. I said then what. He said well you buy another syring we can put half of it of for you. WHAT! If i don't do my job correctly i have to fix it! Why are these Doctors above having to be accountable for there actions. I myself would never recommend this place. I will be tell everyone everywhere i go. Not to go to NEW You in Griffin Ga. I was trying to add a picture but haven't figured out how. After giving this place several times, more than I should...I have to say that they use an unlicensed person to do facials. Not a real esthetician. After complaining I got a complementary facial by the real esthetician that works there and it was wonderful. Gave my daughter a gift certificate for a facial and the same girl gave her a cleansing and 20 minutes of steam. If you dare go Be sure and asked to see license. On second thought find somewhere else to go. I do not recommend this place. read more

Initially, I started going to New You Med Spa a few years ago, because I bought a laser hair removal package. The package did not exactly yield my desired result. After my package was complete, I discontinued that process and decided to try injections to remove a frown line between my eyes. I've had the process done several times with either botox or disport. Always with the amount prescribe which has been 25 units during each initial consultation. Results have always been from good to great with Dr. Hess always giving me the greatest result. I have NEVER complained about any service I purchased. Last month, I was told he was working at another location and I was going to see the Nurse Practitioner. I asked the spa coordinator was she good because she had never did me before and she assured me she was. She consulted with me and delivered my injections with her professional opinion. For weeks later, I still got my frown line. I went back and they gave me every excuse from I waited too long between visits to I should have used more units to I should have tried a different brand. What's a consultation for??? The end result was the Nurse Practitioner did not make a mistake with her placement of my injections and a 117.00 bill on top of the 250.00 + I had spent a few weeks earlier. Pretty much, I'm lying about how MY wrinkle ended up the same way it initially was 4 weeks earlier. I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. read more
