We are highly involved in the real estate market and purchase numerous properties per year. This was by far the worst customer service we've ever received (constantly asking them for updates--they never communicated ANYTHING), they closed 13 days later than we were promised (wasting our money!) and were asked by numerous office personnel for the same documents, which wastes our time having to repeatedly provide the same thing. They had third party company calling us asking us to verify personal finance information over the phone....ummm....no...I don't provide that over the phone for someone I can't verify. We had to take time out of our busy to make additional calls to clean up their mess. If I could, I would give them negative stars. Find another place to take your business!!
