Went for a oil change and car wash, paid extra for the upgraded wash. Oil change pretty straight forward they said they were gonna pull the car around to the wash. Car was sitting there for a long time till I went looking and then they put it in the Wash line. They never vacuumed or anything. The wash was definitely not a good wash. I bought the showroom finish on Thursday 08 March 2018 for my 06 Honda Civic EX and I was told that I can come in the next 3 days to have the exact same car wash for $5.00. I went today,Saturday 10 March 2018 and I showed my receipt and the car wash employee. They ran it through the tunnel and the under carriage water spray wash and the Hot liquid wax didn't work. I spoke to the cashier and she had them run it again. At this time I spoke to the car wash employee and told him what happened as well. He informed me that he knows. 5 or 6 cars later he finally had my car run through the tunnel and again the under carriage water spray wash did not come on but the Hot liquid wax did. Note, I observed 2 cars ahead of my car in the tunnel that under carriage water spray worked. I spoke to the cashier and explained the situation again and she spoke to the manager and he asked me if he wanted me to run it a 3rd time but seemed to be upset about the situation and looked at me like I was crazy. I said no I paid my $5.00 and told them I will never come back. In my opinion they lied about what they advertise. I will get in touch with the better business bureau and make a formal complaint as well. read more

Unbelievably SLOW, over 40 minutes in line and that was after I pulled in off Rt17K. Too many workers standing around at car wash exit only 2 doing the interior vacuum upon entering actual car wash building. I should have went to F/S on Broadway but they have so many cars parked along side building you can't turn around. First time I did not leave tip. Today I took an advantage of $30 off special on detail full service (exterior and an interior). It was my first time with the company, and because I am a clean freak, I was a little nervous. When they were finished my 9+ year old Subaru looked years "younger"! The inside was cleaner as if I had done it - just impeccable! Experience with service and staff was terrible! We had two cars cleaned back-to-back and both had problems. The staff was very rude. The staff should also not assume that other people cannot understand Spanish and should be more professional than to talk about their customers in front of them. They refused to give us our MILITARY DISCOUNT because they already wrote up the receipt, couldn't confirm if what we paid for was actually done in the oil change, they lost my husband's keys, and both cars weren't cleaned very well. Everyone blamed someone else, then I was finally told that the $25 ultimate wash did not include wiping mud off the interior console. Will definitely never come back! read more

The WORST place you want to clean your car! If you need to get some dust off, yeah go here they can do it. I do $30 car washes. Every time, I go this car wash I still have the bugs on front, oh but wait they want you to pay extra to get it off, I do an they are still there. I'm guaranteed to get a scratch of some kind. Inside of the car, I have to wipe down the console after I paid $30 for them to do it. They don't put paper down on the mats after they wash it, so now the mats get dirty again once you get in the car. They had one dude black guy he was good, my car was clean and on point, he's gone. You ask the workers "why its still dirty", they wipe but I shouldn't have to tell you anything after paying all this money. The Manager is walking around doing the work because he can't keep the good workers, he's taking the money at the car wash entrance and giving your the receipt to pay, seen him do the oil changes, and I even seen him drying cars. Dude you seriously need to pull back and see what people are saying on Yelp. This place is HORRIBLE!! IF Don't like to see scratches on your car, you want your car truly clean after paying the highest darn price on the board DON'T GO HERE!!!! read more

Went there paid for the ultimate package and the inside of my car still looks like crap went inside spoke to a manager brought him outside he said wiping down the inside of my car is not included in the ultimate package I looked at him and said what the heck is then that is the top price package. ZERO STARS...Their service has gotten much slower and the quality is average at best. I don't like the fact there are too many "hands" through the process. I had my iPod Touch stolen from my center console on my last visit there. Best owner/manager could do was offer me a free car wash. Should have called the police, but did not...my fault. Beware of this place during busy times! In order to accommodate long lines and high volume, cars are pushed through the wash very quickly and close to each other. I watched in horror as my car was rammed from behind because the car in back of mine was put on the belt too soon. The license plate of the other car scratched my back bumper and the manager refused to accept responsibility and insisted the conveyer belt was stopped before they collided. It was unbelievable the way the guy immediately got defensive and started yelling that it wasn't their fault, which leads me to believe this happens often. read more

Went here June 7th for a full auto detailing. Left happy, car looked great. Now I'm on the side of the highway with a flat tire, and the custom ordered jack kit to my car is mysteriously missing. Great. No one has had access to my car since them. Too bad I didn't check Yelp first and see some poor guy had his ipod jacked here. Called and spoke to the manager but he claims no one had access to my trunk. He must not know about that button in the car that pops it right open. Huh. read more

Too pricey for what you get. The location is convenient so if you're in a mad rush and must have a clean car for the occasion you might have to go here but even in that case I wouldn't recommend it. They didn't dry the car off completely so as we drove away water streaks came from every direction and left the car look less than clean. Also, the interior cleaning was not thorough. read more

Zero stars. My new car was raced thru so fast onto the track I gasped. Hardly vacuumed. They throw the car mats onto the hood of the car. $24 for ultimate and I had to go home and finish cleaning the inside of my car. They totally skipped the rear passenger side. Mat was dirty and nothing touched. And when I asked the cashier for change for a five dollar bill, the owner said "is it for a tip? The slot takes $5 bills too" (the slot where you put tips) I looked at him in disbelief. if I had checked my car there wouldn't have been a tip . Rip off. Save your money. read more

Purchased the most expensive wash. Show Room. They neglected to open the hatchback. No window cleaning. No vacuum of the carpet. When I went to get in the car the mats were not cliped in. As I went to clip them in, saw that they just vacuumed what you could see. I brought that to their attention. The car was taken to back back and immediately returned. They can't get the sand and dirt out. When I got in the car, the radio was on. On a station I never listen to nor pre program in. Loudly. Will not be back. Should have gotten the $7.00 wash. I went here because my vacuum was on the fritz. I went up to the sign and decided on the $45 package plus $9.99 for leather conditioner. The gentleman that was outside looked in my car and said it would be $74. I asked why? And he said that because I had leather seats, it would cost more to clean them. I said, "yes, but that's the 'plus $10 for leather conditioner,' right?" And he said that the $10 leather conditioner was only for the dash and the interior door panels: not the seats or console. I told him that the dash and door panels were plastic, not leather. He got frustrated with me and told me just to do the $22 package. I picked this package, specifically because I needed my trunk vacuumed. When the car came out, I checked the trunk and it was not vacuumed. I went inside and told them that I was still waiting for my car to be vacuumed and I felt bad because cars were piling up behind me. Another gentleman came out and drove my car back to the rear of the building to vacuum it out. When I got home, I noticed that they had vacuumed around the one bag of kitty litter and one gallon of washer fluid that I had in the trunk. Silly me, I assumed they would have taken the extra 4 seconds to take these 2 items out of the trunk, vacuum and put them back in. But they just vacuumed around them. Amazing.they didn't clean the cup holders and did a terrible job cleaning the glass... if they even did that. To be fair, I am not certain if the Ultimate package specifically said that they would wipe down the interior glass or not. read more

I have been going to the auto spa for years and never had any problems. My car is always clean if I have area of water spots I tell the workers and they wipe it off, other than that no problem. I even have their monthly payment plan for the Works wash . I washed my car yesterday it rained last night and I went back today .I go back at lest 3-4 times a week if not more. read more

This place is horrible!! I went there to get my car detailed, after I left I found myself on the side of the road with my car over heating. I opened the hood and there is a clear slash in my upper radiator hose. When I called them to tell them I got shuffled around and hung up on. When I finally got ahold of the owner and said I'd like my money back he said absolutely not. Now I know for a detail they don't need to go under the hood but I did not stay with my car so I have no idea what they did with my car. My car worked perfect before they had it and when they gave it back I had a slash in my hose. The owner said I could bring the car back and he would try to fix it which makes it sound very suspicious. I said absolutely not and we argued about it for 45 minutes. He told me I could get my money back when I could give him proof that his car wash broke my hose. To add insult to injury my car wasn't even clean. I had to wipe down the windshield and the dashboard. Dust was still all over the place and streaks everywhere. They had my car for over an hour so there's no reason I should have had to re clean my car. read more

Manager Joe said he would pay for replacement, but I had to go back the next day. Go back, refused to pay for labor, tax, or refund the price of my wash. Wanted me to sign paper I would not take additional recourse Cops were called. Ended up just getting money for parts. Stay away! read more

Terrible. Its not the same as it used to be. I used to love this place but it sucks royally now. First off you pull up and tell the attendants what car wash you want and immediately you get a half assed rused vaccum job. Then they dont even scrub your wheels well at least theres a wheel scrubber coming up right? Wrong take a look at the wheel scrubber its so worn out it dosent even make contact with the wheel or tire. Whatever is what it is right? So I go to grab a drink like i have for that past 5 years, nope coolers empty so I say whatever let me just get out of this run down dump. So I go to check out and the cashier ignores me cause she is busy gossiping with the oil change techs that are in the lobby. Finally after no greeting I get out of thier. And to ad insult to injury the first thing I see is a "Tips for the crew" box!!! Are you kidding me. What a joke. This place has gotten so bad since it opened ill never return. Fortunately there plenty of other car washes in the area who do a better job read more

I went there after a ski day and the back seat of my Jeep was messy. The outside was dirty as well due to the winter season. I paid for the Ultimate car wash, one step down from their top of the line car wash. I watched my car go through the wash and noticed that there was dirty water being recycled to clean the car. The car had already been washed and the sealant was being applied when the dirty water was rinsing the car. I watched the car come out and and it looked good, much better than when it went through. Watched as the staff did the interior, windows, etc. It took literally 5 minutes for them to do the interior. When I walked over to the car, the interior back seat was still dirty. I called one of staff over who could not speak English and I showed him the dirt. He wiped the leather seat off, but did not clean it all. I then started walking back into the establishment and another staff person came over who spoke English and told me that they do not wipe down seats. I reminded him of their sign as you ride in to pick which wash you wanted and it clearly stated interior clean. He told me that it did not include "wiping" the seats. For that, I would need to detail the vehicle. I have leather seats, a wet cloth would have been just fine. I have had my vehicle there before and they have always wiped the seats. The windows are filmy on the inside and the floor mats look terrible. He told me that was due to salt. I did not have salt on the mats, it was dirt from from the parking lot at the mountain. This place is a joke. Will never go back, not worth the money. Plenty of other places to go. Customer service is bad and you leave there with you car dirty, makes no sense. read more

Recently moved to the area and was searching for a full service car wash center. Found this facility which was able to give my car an oil service and also an excellent car wash. Since my first visit I have been extremely pleased with the quality of work . The technicians are courteous and Knowledgeable. The car wash had the best of equipment and your car gets a rich soap and polish lather. It gleamed Monthly I use their "FINISHING TOUCH" for a showroom shine that also sheds water and dirt. 1 star is too high of a rating. I went in to get my van washed and my drivers side mirror was ripped off and broken. Instead of trying to fix it or helping me find a place that could, the manager blamed me giving some kakamame story about how the mirror was taped on to begin with! This is a rental van. Rental companies do not tape mirrors and then rent them out. He did absolutely nothing to help me fix the problem, was very rude in fact he laughed in my face, and furthermore is responcible for damaging the van. read more

Here is a letter I attempted to send to the management at the car wash, but even their web site is customer UN-friendly. Every time I tried to hit send, it said that I did not pass the human test and to re-send. Just horrible. "I was in your spa today and I am very disappointed in the overall customer service and condition of my car after the wash. I got the Ultimate wash, and my mats were not fully cleaned and my windows were worse after I left (streaky). When I went to pay I wanted to also purchase a Full Detail as a gift for my sister, but the woman there said that she couldn't ring me up for the "sale" price, rather that she would have to sell me a gift certificate for the "full" price and that when it was redeemed the sale price would be given and the difference would be left on the card. I did not want a gift card with a balance remaining--I simply wanted to purchase a Full Detail for the advertised sale price ($159.99 - 25%). This concept seemed to confuse the sales rep and the ensuing conversation made me realize that I do not wish to do business with your company if your sales reps are not empowered enough to make decisions that involve less than $10. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the "Ultimate" wash AND the poor customer service at the counter. I will not be returning." read more

In fairness, Joe (Manager) was pretty helpful, and, after some back and forth, gave us fair compensation in services.
